HAPPY NEW YEAR!
To all my beautiful readers on here! I can’t believe it’s already 2017! It feels like just yesterday on New Years 2016 when I went to the casino and lost some money, lol. Crazy how fast this year has flew by….now on to even better things for 2017, right?!
I’m very grateful to make it to another year, and to have my family and friends still by my side. Whether you have some new years resolutions or not – always try and work harder to success and it will come! One of my new years resolutions is to work harder so I can get where I want to be in life. Life is very short, so I will enjoy it while it lasts by doing things I love.
For New Years eve this year I didn’t have plans until that same evening, hah! Joseph and I decided to hang out with his sisters and friends for the new year, which was pretty cool! They had the place all decked out for 2017 with glow sticks and music, which was nice.
I had no idea what to wear, I literally changed my outfit like 20 times. (So if you saw my Snapchat you may have noticed I changed, lol). I decided I wanted to keep it classy/simple, so I just wore this Juicy Couture T-Shirt that I wore as a dress, thigh high boots that Sharon got me for Christmas (been obsessed with these ever since, if you can’t tell lol), Juicy Couture watch, Baublebar anchor necklace, and Louis Vuitton Sarria Mini crossbody bag.
I actually love the way the outfit came out! It was cute and festive and perfect for the occasion! (also please excuse these photos, they were taken on my phone lol).
After the clock hit 12am we ate some food (they also had delicious chocolate covered strawberries too, my fave!) and played the Loteria game before heading out (I won twice, by the way). It was a nice chill New Years and I’m glad it all worked out and became a safe night!
