Jamestown

A day spent with family is always nice. My sister came down from San Jose to spend time with my dad and I. We ate a delicious breakfast at Velvet Grille, then spur of the moment decided to take a trip to Jamestown. They were talking about gold findings, and since Jamestown is a main platform to do those activities we decided to go there and check it out. We didn’t look for gold, but we wanted to see the small old town and just sight see a bit since we haven’t been there since we were little.

On our way there we stopped by a casino called Chicken Ranch Casino, which seemed like in the middle of nowhere. My dad played a machine and we wandered around checking the place out. Once we arrived to the main town we parked and started walking down the old road. We stopped at an old antique shop and spent quite some time looking at all the antiques. It was crazy seeing old phones, tools, clothes, and knick knacks from way back when. Our next stop was Italian wine tasting Gianelli Vineyards. I’m not a wine drinker (I like beer;) ) , but I had a taste or two. My dad and sister tried quite a few red and white wines and bought a bottle.  We visited another antique shop and afterwards were hungry and tried a Mexican restaurant there.

It was a hot day, so shorts and a tank were a definite must! I wore a black crop top with loose runner shorts, Coach tennis shoes, and a Juicy Couture purse. Check the affiliate links below to see them:
